SQL Server Health Check
My two-day SQL Server health check is priced at £950, and is designed to review your entire SQL Server set-up. It will ensure that you’re implementing best-practice across your database instances.
What I’ll do
I’ll start with a kickoff call to review your SQL Server environment and pain points.
This will be followed by a focused remote audit of a selected SQL Server instance, including:
- Key performance bottlenecks
- Indexing issues
- Slow-running queries
- Storage and memory usage
- Security
- Maintenance plans
- Scheduled tasks
- Maintainability issues within your codebase, such as version control and coding standards
You’ll receive a summary report with prioritized fixes, which I’ll walk through together with you in a debrief call. I’ll implement some quick wins, where possible, during the health check.
